Roll forming line H114-750 for producing deck profile.

In September 2014 «Ruscana Engineering» shipped roll forming  line H114-750 to the Buyer.

The manufacturing time of the line took 8 months, the total weight of the roll forming section is 66 tons, the length of the roll forming section is 44 meters.

And the total length of the automatic line with cantilevered decoiler with lifting capacity of 10 tons and12 meters receiving table in length is 61 meters.

The installed power capacity of the line is 65 kW.

Profiled decking H114-750 is roll formed from galvanized steel and galvanized steel with polymer coating polyester with  metal thickness from 0.8 up to 1.2 mm and width of 1400 mm.

This type of profile is intended for floorings and as a bearing structure both for cold roofing and as a basiement for «roofing pie».
